Shipping policy

Within New Zealand we offer a flat rate delivery charge of $11.50 on all urban orders up to $69.99. Rural Delivery (RD) addresses incur a combined delivery charge of $17.20, which includes the rural delivery surcharge.

At checkout, please ensure you select the correct shipping option for your address type. Orders to rural delivery addresses will not be dispatched until the correct shipping fee has been paid.

We offer free tracked delivery (including Rural Delivery) on all retail orders of $70.00 and over.
