The Tawariki Story

Our Story

Tawariki Goats Milk Soaps began not in a factory — but in a paddock.

In 2018, what started as a small idea around milking goats for cheese-making slowly transformed into something unexpected. With an abundance of fresh milk and a curiosity for natural skincare, a new craft was born.

What began as simple experimentation quickly grew into a passion for creating luxurious, artisan goat milk soaps made entirely from our own herd’s milk.

The Difference Is in the Milk

Every bar we create is made using 100% pure goat milk — never diluted with water.

This is what sets us apart.

Goat milk is naturally rich in vitamins, minerals and gentle fats that help nourish and soften the skin. By using it in its pure form, we preserve its natural creaminess and integrity in every batch.

It’s farm to skin — in the truest sense.

Crafted Slowly, Intentionally

Each soap is handcrafted in small batches on our rural property in Awakino, New Zealand.

We carefully blend nourishing oils and butters with our fresh milk to create bars that are:

• Gentle
• Luxurious
• Beautifully scented
• Designed to elevate everyday rituals

From soft florals to warm ambers and fresh coastal notes, each scent is curated to transform a simple wash into a sensory experience.

More Than Soap

Tawariki is about connection.

Connection to the land.
Connection to slow craftsmanship.
Connection to moments of stillness in busy days.

When you hold one of our bars, you’re holding something that began with animals we care for daily — and was crafted with intention from start to finish.

From our farm… to your bath.
