We are located in rural Waikato, New Zealand, and parcels are collected weekdays by our courier service.
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
New Zealand Shipping
Tracked shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on parcel weight and delivery location.
Standard Tracked Shipping (Non-Rural)

Rural Delivery (RD)
- From $13.20 NZD
Free Shipping
- Free tracked New Zealand shipping on orders over $70 NZD.
Please note:
- Rural delivery addresses may take slightly longer to arrive.
- Larger orders and gift bundles may move into higher shipping tiers due to parcel size and protective packaging requirements.
- Please ensure Rural Delivery (RD) shipping is selected at checkout if your address is classified as rural by NZ Post. Orders sent to rural addresses without RD shipping selected may be delayed until the correct shipping payment is arranged.

Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.
