We milk our own goats here on our farm in Awakino, New Zealand, and our fresh goat milk is frozen on the day it is collected. We use that frozen milk when making our soap, rather than adding water to the recipe.
Our goat milk soap is made with 100% goat milk. No added water.
Freezing the milk also allows us to preserve our precious milk through the dry season, when our goats naturally produce less.
It's a simple, farm-to-skin approach that has been at the heart of our soapmaking since we began.
